Cross-Network Connect: Belonging & Wellness
Cross-Network Connect: Managing Belonging & Wellness within Dance Organizations
In the past, Dance/USA hosted and facilitated special network calls between different member networks (formerly known as Affinity & Councils). We are excited to (re)introduce that idea through Cross-Network Connect and share upcoming special member network calls designed to foster connections between members across the various networks.
In a time of heightened sociopolitical tension—where issues of race, gender identity, immigration, disability, and mental health are increasingly at the forefront—dance organizations have both an opportunity and responsibility to foster spaces of true belonging and wellness. How is your organization managing the current moment? What is shifting? Join Dance/USA Members in a Cross-Network Connect meeting to discuss managing belonging & wellness within our organizations.
