Cross-Network Connect: Nutcracker Season: Sharing Advice, Insights, & Suggestions

In the past, Dance/USA hosted and facilitated special network calls between different member networks (formerly known as Affinity & Councils). We are excited to (re)introduce that idea through Cross-Network Connect and share upcoming special member network calls designed to foster connections between members across the various networks.

The Nutcracker generates at least 20% of the annual income for most ballet companies and often runs for decades—far longer than the average tenure of staff who manage it. This session will share lessons learned, challenges, and suggestions.

Facilitated by Development Network Chair Nicholas Gaudreau, who serves as Director of Development at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.

About The Facilitator:
Nicolas Gaudreau brings over two decades of nonprofit leadership to his role as Director of Development at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. He combines a lifelong passion for dance with a proven track record in strategic fundraising and community engagement. Nicolas has roots in the dance world, having held key fundraising roles at Oregon Ballet Theatre and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
