Join Dance/USA and colleagues across the ecosystem for a morning of connection, conversation, and collective learning. This year’s Dance Forum: Relationships as Infrastructure and Collaborative Models in Dance will explore how dance leaders and cultural workers can build more intentional, values-aligned ways of working together across (1) organizational administration and operations, (2) creation and development of new work, and (3) touring and presenting.

We see asset mapping as an important foundational practice for collaborative models in the dance ecosystem, but are interested in beginning even earlier with value mapping: understanding the values that drive the work, identifying people and communities who share those values, and considering relationships as a form of infrastructure.

Open to all dance professionals,
the Forum is part of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) pre-conference events. Registration is free and open to both APAP attendees and the broader dance ecosystem.

You do not need to be a Dance/USA member or registered APAP Conference-goer to attend. You DO need to create a free account here to register for the event in advance.
